The source project of this merge request has been removed.
remove commented-out stuff, normalize key order, improve arrangements
The first patch removes lines that are commented out in compat/.
The second and third patch reorders key definitions into the usual order, and shrinks some whitespace, both in symbols/cz.
The fourth and fifth patch tighten the arrangement of the key definitions in symbols/bt.
