(five commits) rearrange and elide some stuff, then move Japanese and Korean keys
The first two patches reshuffle and rearrange some things, for esthetics.
The third patch drops the definitions of <ESC> and <TAB> and <RTRN> and such from a Czech and Japanese layout, as those are the default definitions and fully standard.
The fourth patch then elides the 'pc(editing)' section as it is no longer needed and this allows to arrange things more sensibly.
The fifth patch then moves the definitions of the special Japanese and Korean keys from symbols/inet to symbols/pc, fixing issue #50 (closed).
