symbols/bd: improve comments, remove redundant lines, shorten the Unicode codes
The first patch improves the leading comment, and removes redundant comment and redundant key definitions.
The second patch replaces 0x100nnnn with Unnnn, and "voidsymbol" with "none", for conciseness.
