rules: make a handful of toggle descriptions more grammatical

In English, when "both" is followed by a single noun, the noun is (understandably) in the plural: "both hands", "both feet"...

[The "both" and "together" are rather pleonastic, though, but I don't want to change the first word as that would change the position of these options in the sorted list and users might think the options have disappeared.]
