improve grammar of a README, replace deprecated symbols, and harmonize the Javanese layout
The first patch improves the grammar of one of the READMEs.
The second patch replaces symbol names that have been deprecated for ages with the ones that are supported.
The third patch uniformizes and condenses the whitespace in the Javan layout file, and the fourth patch harmonizes the style of its comments.
