keycodes: remove an obsolete and thus puzzling comment
The first patch removes a forgotten comment.
The second and third patch reorder some keycodes into their physical order (as on a standard keyboard).
The fourth patch removes three commented-out keycodes.
And the fifth patch brings the CI template for evdev up-to-date.
