(two separate commits) replace two deprecated key symbols, and name two codepoints canonically
The first patch renames the deprecated 'underbar' and 'overbar' to 'underscore' and 'macron'. The second patch adjust the comments of two APL symbols, to use their canonical Unicode names, to match the names of three others.
