Added altgr-weur (a variant of altgr-intl) to symbols/us and rules/base.extras.xml
Added altgr-weur (a variant of altgr-intl), which makes all accented chars for 10 Western European languages available through single AltGr- keystrokes. Compatible with altgr-intl in the sense that the 'classic' AltGr dead keys are the same. Additional AltGr dead keys provide support for neighboring languages. A picture of the layout and the 'rules' here and a (longish) explanation of why we made this.
