Update Korean options

Changwoo Ryu requested to merge changwoo/xkeyboard-config:update-kr-options into master
  • Separate options for Hangul and Hanja keys.

Now I'm going back to the original idea of making independent options for Hangul and Hanja keys (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=107011#c1). The current versions of gnome-tweaks and KDE settings are OK with it.
