Remove "Sun dead keys" variants that are either non-variants or useless tiny variations.

Ghost User requested to merge (removed):sundeadkeys into master

The third, fifth, sixth, and seventh patch delete "Sun dead keys" variants that are identical to the layouts that they claim to be variants of.

The first patch removes four key definitions that do not change anything, so that the second patch can remove two "Sun dead key" variants that differ from the base variant in just the fourth level of one key, making the fourth level identical to the third level -- such a change is not adding a helpful or useful variant, so they are removed, to reduce the clutter.

The fourth patch removes the "Sun dead keys" variant for Latin American, because the dead keys it adds are in fact meant for the Spanish layout. This "Sun dead keys" variant is simply a mistake: it pushes braceleft and bracketleft from the first two levels of AC11 to the third level of AC11 and AD11, causing a bewildering asymmetry with AC12.

The eighth patch removes the last remaining "Sun dead keys" variant. Similar to the variant removed in the second patch, this variant makes the fourth level identical to the third level, but for five keys instead of for one. Still, what does this add? Who would use the fourth level of a key if the third level does the same thing? I don't think this is useful, so I propose to simply delete the variant.
