Remove some useless comments, and other stuff

The first patch removes the comments of the form based on a keyboard map from xkb/symbols/..., which have become useless and puzzling. The second patch unfolds forty lines in the symbols/ca file. And the other four patches harmonize the whitespace in four of the smaller symbol files.
