Fixing mixup between TLDE and LSGT in Icelandic Mac keymap

Alda Vigdís Skarphéðinsdóttir requested to merge aldavigdis/xkeyboard-config:fix/is_mac_lsgt_tlde into master

This seems to be due to the author using an ASNI keyboard and making up for the lack of an LTGT button by switching its mapping with TLDE.

This is a common hack, but for those using ASNI keyboards, which is rare, so we should assume that most Icelandic users are using an ISO keyboard.
