caps:super option breaks the use of LWIN as Super key

Description
The caps:super option makes the Caps Lock key behave as an additional Super key. However, it also has an additional side effect: it breaks the use of LWIN (the logo key) as a non-modifier Super key. This is quite noticeable with gnome-shell, where LWIN will no longer toggle the overview. LWIN still works as a modifier with other keys, but pressing and releasing it no longer triggers things bound to super alone. Disabling caps:super makes pressing LWIN toggle the gnome-shell overview again.
caps:super should make Caps Lock act as an additional super key; however, it should not affect the existing behavior of LWIN as a super key.
