Adding Arabic layout in KDE disables alt+u in English layout
When I add Arabic Layout to my keyboard I am no longer able to use the alt+u shortcut when I am using English(US).
Here is the setxkbmap -print -query
of the problematic scenario

If I am in US layout and I try to press Alt+u in xev I get the following instead of a keypress

It seems most other Alt+(letter) combinations works.
Removing Arabic Layout causes the key to work again. Adding Layouts other than Arabic does not introduce a problem from the few that I have tested.
