More documentation on xdg-open
xdg-open:
- Explain the unusual return behavior (fixes #238 (closed))
- Added a reporting issues section to xdg-open in the hopes that more issues will be attributed correctly
xdg-mime:
- Add a security note that explains why it is a very bad idea to register a handler that runs the opened file (#27)
