fix: make_default_kde() kde5

nashimus requested to merge nashimus/xdg-utils:xdg-mime_kde5 into master

xdg-mime does not work correctly when using kde5.

using kf5-config --path xdgdata-apps instead of kde-config --path config to retrieve paths.
