Fix xdg-screensaver to work with untitled windows

Created attachment 127649 Patch to xdg-screensaver to fix suspending with window ID where the window has no name

Currently, xdg-screensaver fails (but does not report an error) if the window ID given belongs to a window with no WM_NAME, e.g. the root window.

The attached patch against current git master fixes that.
