WarpScript source code added

Dear Maintainer, I work in the Warp 10 core team, and I'll be happy to have WarpScript extension recognized. Warp 10 is an open source time series database, WarpScript is the name of the language we developped. Names and file extension are stable since three years.

IANA registration done: text/vnd.senx.warpscript

Also compilation is OK, I am not hundred percent confident about the test part in this commit, tell me if I am wrong.
