Add application/hta

Alex Henrie requested to merge alexhenrie/shared-mime-info:hta into master

The "HTML Application" format extended HTML with capabilities similar to desktop applications. But given that this format requires the old Internet Explorer rendering engine and HTML has grown many new features since then, it's probably more accurate to say that application/hta is a subset of text/html rather than a superset.
