Add tiled map editor map and tileset files

Tiled is a popular free software map editor for 2D games : https://www.mapeditor.org/

I saw on my Debian stable installation that *.tsx (tileset) and *.tmx (tilemap) do not open with Tiled because it was missing from mime infos.
