Add two new offsets for .kra and .krz

Halla Rempt requested to merge halla/shared-mime-info:halla-master-patch-68044 into master

Depending on whether a .kra file is written with kzip or quazip, the offset for the so-called magic string is different; and it's different again, of course, when saved as a 64 bit zip file. This commit adds two new offsets to match and a new extension.
