Remove WL_HIDE_DEPRECATED

From the wayland-devel mailing list: [RFC wayland] wayland-server: Finally remove deprecated struct wl_buffer definition

We don't use it anyway, so we should remove WL_HIDE_DEPRECATED from the build options.
