Xwayland hidpi

Hi! The xwayland server code in wlroots was split in https://github.com/swaywm/wlroots/commit/27609ba0d9d140660f0cc077ad7af8670fa0ed21. This PR rebases the xwayland_hdipi branch on wlroots latest commit. The changes were not meaningfully substantial, I’ve added myself to the first commit as co-author but I’d be fine with a signoff if you prefer. You could force-merge the PR.
