screen-share: Add option to start screen sharing on weston startup

Add new bool config option to the screen-share section which permits starting the screen share on weston start up. This is useful e.g. for doing screen mirroring between two devices over network.

Why is this necessary? Oh, because the sharing is started with hotkey currently and not automatically? That would be good to explain in the commit message.
