Small improvements and fixes to kiosk-shell

The first patch enables taking screenshots, while the second will address some incorrect positioning of xwayland surfaces (pop-ups) being displayed on the wrong output when using multiple outputs.

LE: Added a third one that reads up the background-color from the ini file, just like desktop-shell.
