Install Xwayland in CI

Pekka Paalanen requested to merge pq/weston:mr/xwayland-ci into master

Installing Xwayland in the CI image makes the xwayland test go from SKIP to OK, slightly broadening the testing we do in CI (at least Xwayland gets launched in a way that X11 clients can connect).

This MR include also a bit of sanity and cleanup in debian-install.sh.
