Documentation preview from CI

Pekka Paalanen requested to merge pq/weston:mr/docprev into master

!307 (comment 322669) gave me the idea to try and make a nice link to the documentation that CI builds for each MR, so that if a MR touches docs, there is an easy link to preview the docs.

But it looks like Gitlab YAML just doesn't quite reach there yet, hence WIP.

I have to create the MR to see if the changes have any effect.
