Add include for missing symbols

Maybe shared/weston-egl-ext.h should be included from gl-renderer-internal.h instead?

Up to you. I don't know Weston policy, some projects I know, prefer to have includes in sources files to have better control on what's included and in which order (now that I look, Weston's include files seem to do includes themselves).

Our (unwritten?) policy in Weston is that headers should be self-standing: including the header alone must be enough to have that header work.
