Remove misleading error messages

Earlier today on IRC:

Both Evince and Epiphany have slow scrolling performance under Wayland compared to smooth X11. Ehh.. I get one warning about missing EGL damage extensions when starting Weston, though :)

I was thinking yesterday that we should get rid of the backlight note, but that spurred me on to get rid of the swap_buffers_with_damage one too. Neither provide any actual value to users.
