Implement the CM&HDR protocol mechanics to support clients that want to create cprof from params

WARNING: this just implements the protocol mechanics. The color profile that we create for the clients is backed by a boilerplate color profile. Properly implementing the creation of such cprof's is in our roadmap to support color management.
