desktop-shell: Control alpha with keybindings and allow fade animations for other window states

Two small changes to desktop-shell to allow testing our ability of placing windows into HW planes having alpha.

I've noticed that in some circumstances, possibly related to driver that having animations when mapping windows seems to cause some drawing issues.

This adds two new keybindings for controlling alpha and to have animations for aximized/fullscreen windows, when mapped.
