kiosk-shell, xwayland: Add Xwayland surfaces appidd based on WM_NAME and WM_CLASS

Patch series that adds support for placing/moving Xwayland windows on particular outputs on kiok-shell, similar to the appids= entries.

This one adds two more entries, x11-wm-name and x11-wm-class entries which gets checked against.
