gitlab-ci.yml: Couple of fixes
With the meson bump to 0.63 in df6ffb8c it seems we've lost stdout/stderr when running the tests. Noticed that the dmesg.log file doesn't hold the entire test suite, so increase the kernel ring buffer to a larger size.
