ivi-layout: listen output events

khang tran requested to merge khangtb/weston:ivi_layout_listen_output_events into main
  • Listen the output create signal and create new ivi screens. This is required to handle hotplug events.
  • Listen the output destroy signal and destroy the screen corresponding to the destroyed weston_output.
