Provide a comparison of libweston and wlroots

libweston seems to be little-used in desktops nowadays, with most compositors using wlroots or implementing everything themselves. It would be nice to have a comparison of libweston and wlroots, so that compositor authors could determine which is more suitable for them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
