WCAP capture behaves weirdly with fan debug enabled

In this video, we can see missing subsurfaces around the main EGL surface, missing top and left debug fan lines in all of them, and some not being hidden or displayed when they should (and were on the screen).

For comparison, here is a video taken with a mobile phone of how this damage tracking should work: touhou-damage
