libweston functions implemented in weston compositor

I've noticed that weston_parse_transform and weston_transform_to_string have their prototypes in include/libweston/libweston.h, but are implemented in compositor/main.c. So trying to use those functions as a libweston user gives a linker error.

I'd normally just send a fix, but is it intended for those functions to be part of libweston, or just as the weston compositor itself?

  • Move implementations to libweston
  • Move prototypes to compositor/weston.h
