Initial NetBSD support

Initial support for NetBSD.

We're able to run the velox compositor on a NetBSD CURRENT system, if we patch Wayland applications to not include <linux/input.h>. Is there any discussion about defining mouse button IDs as part of Wayland so we don't need to do this?
