Draft: macOS and OpenBSD/FreeBSD kqueue(2) support

Port Wayland to BSDs without a compatibility layer.

This is a work in progress, but Wayland is building for macOS, FreeBSD and OpenBSD.

This is ready once the test suite passes for all 3 platforms.
