Mention remote desktop solutions in FAQ; and add Waypipe to extras page

This set of changes:

  1. Updates the FAQ question about network transparency and remoting to provide links to remoting methods. Of the four largest independent compositors (Weston, Mutter, KWin, Sway), I found VNC or RDP methods for all but KWin. Also mentions Waypipe, since it should in theory work on all compositors.

  2. Advertises Waypipe on the extras.html page, since it's a tool related to Wayland that is now reasonably stable.
