members: Add mesa as a member

Mesa is represented by Daniel Stone and Mike Blumenkrantz, and Derek Foreman replaces Daniel Stone as one of the weston representatives.

mesa isn't a compositor framework, and it isn't a GUI toolkit, but interfacing EGL/Vulkan with Wayland is a critical part of the ecosystem, so it makes sense for mesa to be a member.
