linux-dmabuf: mark as stable, v2

There is consensus for marking linux-dmabuf as stable but the MR !223 (merged) to do so got stuck.

This MR builds on !250 (closed). This moves every protocol to the right directory and then makes sure everything is installed to the right files to maintain backwards compatibility. For stable protocols the protocol installed to the unstable directory is modified by a rudimentary python script.
