content-type: Add "sensitive" content type

Dallas Strouse requested to merge orowith2os/wayland-protocols:orowith2os-main-patch-54471 into main

This allows potentially sensitive content to be marked as such - for example, internal organization documents, a list of passwords, and so on.

As this could be abused by DRM content, the content type explicitly states that this is not its intention, period.
