Persistent Window Source Selection Issue in OBS and other programs on Wayland

It seems there's an issue with saving Pipewire stream nodes for programs like OBS to use automatically on startup. When you close and reopen the program, you're required to select the window each time. Some attribute this issue to security concerns on Wayland, as mentioned on the OBS Discord. Others suggest there's currently no way to fetch the Pipewire node ID. While some might think it's not a big deal to select the window each time, it becomes cumbersome when setting up complex streams with multiple sources in OBS. For instance, Twitch streamers often have multiple cameras, 3D avatars, games, apps, and browser sources overlaying their screen. Selecting these windows in order each time can be exhausting. As a workaround, some opt to use xcomposite instead of Pipewire.
