EFL/Enlightenment participation

Hi @zmike!

I'd like to ask about your plans regarding EFL/Enlightenment participation in wayland-protocols. If I recall correctly, I don't believe EFL/Enlightenment has participated in any wayland-protocols discussion for a long time (at least post-governance).

I don't blame anyone at all, I can completely understand why this would happen and this is perfectly fine. However, in case you don't have plans to participate, I'd like to ask you to reconsider your wayland-protocols membership. Indeed, some governance decisions require feedback/votes from members (e.g. !192) and inactive members make it harder to pass a decision (most decisions require 2/3 of the wayland-protocols members to agree).

If you plan to participate in the future, or if you otherwise wish to retain your membership, I'd be happy to keep things as-is. If you don't plan to participate, and if you are okay with dropping your membership, that'd help us with making governance adjustments I believe. What do you think?

Other members, feel free to comment. My goal is only to try to move things forward. Let me know if this kind of request seems inappropriate to you or makes you uncomfortable, I'd happily drop it.
