Draft: ci: Uprev mesa to the latest version
From the execution of uprev_mesa_in_virglrenderer (26736419), request to move the mesa reference to a newer one. There is a previous merge request still not merged that the current one expires.
There has been found a newer commit in mesa that passes the tests of virglrenderer, so it is a good candidate to move on.
