ci: Enable virtio-gpu test jobs

Fix the expectation files for all virtio-gpu jobs and enable them in the CI pipeline. Additionally, optimize tests execution duration and update the shared Mesa CI Git revision and the related Pipeline ID to a more recent one since the current version is going to expire in a few days.
