WIP: perf: Switch to percetto for virglrender instrumetation

WIP because this breaks the trace merge scripts, namely the first time stamp is not recognized any more, so that on host and guest INF is reported.

@jbates do you know anything about a change in perfetto that would trigger this? The perfetto.cc from the version of vperfetto we pull in doesn't compile with percetto, and the version that is in perfetto v12.1 results in the problem mentioned above.
