ci: split cts jobs and remove some ignore tests
In order to speed up a bit the ci pipeline, I decided to split the cts job in 2, GL tests and GLES.
I also remove some tests from the ignore list because it seems that they are now stable.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
