Draft: drm/amdgpu: assume all buffers are sensitive

Demi Marie Obenour requested to merge DemiMarie/virglrenderer:always-sensitive into main

Depending on host security policy, VMs might not be trusted to decide if their buffers are sensitive or not.

Marking as draft because I suspect this should be a toggle of some source, but I’m not sure what the API should be.
